Before You Arrive

We recommend booking your appointment in advance, either online or by contacting our reception. Carry all previous medical records, prescription slips, and identity proof such as Aadhaar or PAN Card for registration, as required by statutory guidelines. If you are coming for a planned procedure or surgery, ensure you have followed all instructions given by your doctor, including pre-admission tests or fasting requirements.

Patient Registration

Payment and Billing

Our billing department provides clear and detailed invoices in compliance with the rules set by the Government of India and Uttar Pradesh regulatory bodies. Payments can be made through cashless options, UPI, credit/debit cards, and bank transfer. For patients availing government schemes like Ayushman Bharat, necessary documents and ID cards must be submitted at admission. All billing is GST-compliant, and receipts are issued for every payment.

Visiting Hours and Rules

For the wellbeing of our patients and to maintain a peaceful environment, visiting hours are scheduled as per hospital policy and in accordance with government guidelines. Generally, one companion is permitted at a time in the general ward, with stricter limits in ICU and critical care units. Visitors are encouraged to sanitize hands before entering wards and strictly avoid bringing flowers, outside food, or unnecessary items as per infection control guidelines.

Children below 12 years are generally discouraged from visiting, unless in exceptional circumstances, keeping in mind their safety and the comfort of all patients.

Aggressive or abusive behavior towards staff or other patients will not be tolerated and may lead to removal from the premises or being reported to authorities as per hospital and legal policy.

Food and Diet
